It is the ADC’s mission to assist applicants in the local building permitting process, all the while respecting the view corridors of neighboring properties in Irish Beach.

Goals & Objectives

1. Review proposed exterior improvements and new home construction plans, verifying the practical application of the requirements of the subdivision’s recorded Codes, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs).
2. Help applicants through the permitting and review process.
3. Assist negotiations between neighbors to preserve views and property values for all.
4. Archive applicable ADC documents.
5. Hold public meetings for review of all major exterior and new home construction projects.
